The Ordering Process

A Simple Guide for Ordering Online

STEP 1.

Select Your Product

Please use the Our Products tab at the top of the page to select your desired product.


STEP 2.

Get Your Price & Add to Cart

Please use the options available to form your quote. Once all fields are entered your final price will appear - then simply click on the Add to Cart button to continue.


STEP 3.

Check Your Order Details & continue to the Checkout

Please check all details are correct before proceeding to the Checkout. If you have a Coupon Code please enter it here and the price will update. If the Coupon code is expired and has been used too many times it will fail and you will need to contact your Australian Trade Printer Representative.


STEP 4.

Please enter your Details and Place your Order

Please fill in your details if you do not have an account. If you have an account simply sign in from the My Account tab at the top. Once logged in your details will automatically be filled. Please double check the delivery address. Use the Upload Custom Artwork to upload your artwork files. Must must be below 8MB - if the size is over 8MB you will need to use WeTransfer  or Hightail and send the files to sales@australiantradeprinters.com.au


STEP 5.

Your Order has been Received

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming the order has been received and that your artwork proof will be emailed to you with 24 hours - if we are designing artwork for you please allow 48 hours for email approval.
